Meet Dr. Logan
At a very early age Dr. Logan knew exactly what he was destined to do. Fueled by his enthusiasm and imagination, he completed his first college course in astronomy at the age of ten. After completing medical school, he was accepted into the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s first residency training program in Aerospace Medicine. Board certified in Aerospace Medicine, he was the first graduate of the new residency program to be hired by NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston. This was just the beginning of a nineteen year career at NASA.
Attaining a world-renowned presence in the space community, Dr. Logan received NASA’s Lifetime Distinguished Speaker Award. He has enlightened audiences the world over with engaging and meaningful presentations on topics as diverse as space colonization, optimal human performance, innovation, medical ethics and other scientific and philosophical issues destined to be integral to the 21st Century.
